C.N.C.D.-11.11.11 (1DC) is an umbrella organisation in Belgium that coordinates 90 NGOs, unions and associations of permanent education.
Centre National de Coopération au Développement are active in lobbying and awareness raising. They set up activist research and promote solidarity with vulnerable populations, such as women, children, and farmer communities in the Global South.
